**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while also driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Process orders, handle returns, and manage data entry accurately in the system.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Experience in sales or upselling is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
