Moose Jaw Police Service Information Management Unit is looking for an individual who is self-motivated, flexible, and able to work with mínimal supervision in a team environment, and must be able to successfully learn all aspects of the current roles/duties as they currently exist, including but not limited to:

- Information Management Unit - Administrative Assistant - COURT
- Information Management Unit - Administrative Assistant - CENTRAL RECORDS
- Information Management Unit - Customer Service Rep. - PARKING TICKETS

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Prerequisite**:

- Successful completion of Grade XII plus a Certificate or Diploma in Office Education or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Security: must qualify for CPIC clearance and meet Police Service security requirements.
- Ability to keyboard at a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
- Proven good oral and written communication skills; fluent in spoken English.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs.
- Proven reliability in being able to display good judgment concerning confidential matters

**Desired**:

- Experience and knowledge of criminal court document preparation and good working knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
- Experience and knowledge in the operation of C.J.I.M.S.
- Experience and knowledge of CPIC policies and procedures.
- Successful completion of the CPIC Operator’s Course.
- Proficient in the use of spreadsheets and database computer programs.

**HOURS OF WORK**:Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 p.m. (8 hrs/day) with every second Friday off.
