**Job Summary**

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in high rise plumbing
- Valid full G license and clean drivers abstract
- Highly detail-oriented
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Live in the Mississauga area
- Eligible to work in Canada

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout requirements.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians when necessary to ensure integrated system functionality.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes during all plumbing operations.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding repairs, installations, and maintenance needs.

**Skills**
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to plumbing tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately.
- Experience in building and maintaining plumbing systems effectively.
- Familiarity with welding techniques as they relate to plumbing repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for efficient installation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
