**What You'll Do**:

- Attend meetings at various condominium buildings, virtually, and in-person.
- Summarize meeting topics and outcomes clearly, concisely, and neutrally.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word with excellent formatting skills.
- Exceptional writing and grammar abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and punctuality.

**Must Provide**:

- Laptop and writing tools.
- Transportation.

**Availability**:

- Meetings held in various locations or via Zoom.
- Regular availability for at least three evenings per week.
- In-person attendance required.

**Pay**:

- Up to +$80 for a two-hour meeting.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:
