As a Sanitation Assocaite you will play a key role in contributing to the continued success of Silver Hills Bakery whose mission is to inspire individuals to live a healthy lifestyle. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic production work environment and will have the opportunity to learn new skills and work in a team setting. In this role, you are responsible for completing the duties listed below as well as other duties as assigned by your manager or their designate.

**Requirements**:
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Follow directions given by Lead Hand and/or Supervisor and must be able to work in all sanitation departments

MUST communicate any problems with the Team Lead/Supervisor

Communicate with Production Supervisor on areas to clean to ensure a proper flow is done

Communicate with Maintenance/ Team Lead of issues with equipment

Complete all sanitation tasks required in a safe and efficient manner

Check and ensure all tasks on the daily and weekly sheet are completed

At the end of each shift, ensure all equipment, tasks, tests, 5s are completed

Ensure ATP, PH, and Egg test are completed after each task as instructed

Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift (Lean 5s)

Must be able to work in hot, cold, dusty, dirty, wet, tight, high, low, and high-pressure conditions

Other duties as assigned
