We’re searching for the right person to join us as a **full-time Program Facilitator RTA**.

In this position for our **Adult Day Program, better known as Club 36**, you will assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and daily operations of therapeutic, person centered and evidence-based programs. The Program Facilitator promotes teamwork and a culture that demonstrates the guiding principles of Alzheimer Society of Calgary.

The Program Facilitator reports to the Manager of Club 36 Harvest Hill and works closely and collaboratively with other members of the Adult Day Program team.

Using your experience in geriatrics, you will support our members in having meaningful life experiences through the development and execution of a diverse and creative programs. You will be person-centered in your approach and model our values in all your interactions with the public, team members, residents and their families.
