Discovery Coffee is currently looking to hire Bakers and Bakery Assistants at Yonni’s Doughnuts to learn everything it takes to consistently produce our delicious doughnuts, and other amazing sweet and savoury baked goods, from scratch. This is the perfect position for anyone that loves baking, working as a part of a strong team, taking pride in their work, and crushing it while enjoying a cup of delicious coffee.

What we are looking for:

- An unending love of baking and everything about it
- A positive attitude
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to communicate effectively
- Self motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Available and excited to work early mornings and weekends (shifts start at 4:00am)
- An understanding of basic math
- The ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
- Previous experience in baking is an asset but not required
