Site Coordinator

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Perform all administrative and clerical duties for the team.
- Assist the site manager with day to day operations.
- Ensure that any specialized trainings are scheduled and billed.
- Maintain filing system for contract documents in accordance with auditing procedures.
- Assist in tracking, monitoring and analyzing productivity data where applicable.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports as directed by the site manager
- Provide financial services support to the project team where applicable as identified by the site manager.
- Assist with Onboarding and Offboarding of Globotech employees/contractors.
- Prepare orientation package/checklist for new employees.
- Maintain the equipment tracking report for all equipment provided by the client and Globotech head office.
- Forward appropriate forms to purchasing as required.
- Maintain a list of training status for all Globotech employees.
- Work with site manager for any escalations or trainings at risk.
- Perform all administrative duties and support for site.
- Provide reports to Managers as required.
- Any other duties as required by the site manager and superintendent.
- Participate in the development of control policies and procedures and making recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards and procedures.
- Analyze and interpret all project related documents (electrical, mechanical, architectural, etc.) to accurately quantify all controls and instrumentation scope items provided in bid package.
**Education**:
- Completion of a post-secondary education in business or related field
**Experience**:
- Two (2) to Three (3) years in Nuclear is considered an asset.
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Team player, flexible and able to work well with site team members.
- Multi-tasking and work within time constraints.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Requires strong technical writing skills for preparing specifications, work instructions, asset management documents and planning documents.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
- Must be able to propose recommendations and resolution to organization issues both verbally an in writing.
- Ability to interface effectively with employees, supervisors and other stakeholders.
- Ability to interact positively with others by developing trust, mutual respect and cooperative working relationships.
