**ABOUT VISTA MEDICAL LTD**

Vista Medical LTD is looking for Technical Support Representative to work in our fast-paced innovative environment.

Established in 1989 Vista Medical LTD is a rapidly growing company that develops products for our patented BodiTrak smart fabric in various markets including Medical Devices, Smart Beds, Football concussion sensors and Golf swing analysis sensors.

Vista Medical LTD is responsible for the research and development for these companies:
In addition, Vista Medical LTD provides technical support for the companies mentioned above and its clients in various parts of the world.

**Accountabilities and Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Gmail or Thunderbird) is required
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Deliver exceptional customer experience while staying within our support scope guidelines
- Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
- Keep track of support provided using our internal software system
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Professional business manner
- Ability to work independently and the desire to go above and beyond while contributing to a team’s overall success
- Enthusiasm to learn and willingness to go over and beyond is an essential aspect
- Various other duties as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
