**What we’re looking for**:
The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving units, including but not limited to sales units, customer units in and out of wash bay, tech bays, as well as to & from demo row. The Loader Operator is also in charge of routine maintenance and servicing of their machine.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Move all units to and from tech’s bays and the wash bays in a timely manner.
- Hookup and unhook customer units.
- Deliver units to sublet shops (using loader or truck).
- Organize sales and customer units on the lot and put slides out.
- Move sales and customer units from the front of store as they arrive, put names on customer drop off, and T# on Sales Units (clear identification is needed on all units).
- Put storage units away.
- Move units to Demo row.
- Move Units for both mowing & snow removal.
- Report all property and unit damage immediately.
- Handle units with care, raising & lowering gently to reduce the risk of possible damage. (Ex. Jacks, Jack Legs, and feet)
- Use caution when traveling on lot to reduce risk of accident with customers or staff. Watch your speed
- Keep radio contact at all times.
- Keep lot clean and tidy.
- Keep visual coverage of lot and report necessary information:
- Unit condition ex. Storage doors, Tire Covers - Straight or missing, Windows,
Doors, Roof vents open, Etc.
- Trash or Garbage on lot.
- Repairs to roads, ditches, drains, or fences.
- Mow grass, spray weeds, till trees, poison gophers.
- Keep Parts and Storage unit closed and locked.
- Suspicious Activities.
- Keep snow removed as needed.
- Keep loader clean at all times.
- Service and Maintain Loader:
- Oil changes and samples
- Keep inventory of supplies, ex. Oil, Filters, Belts, etc.
- Keep Fuel on hand and notify when order needed.
- Unload freight & move tin crates.
- Represent and conduct yourself in the best interest of the dealership in a professional and safe manner.
- Treat all customer and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
- Ensure proper and expedient handling of customers/units
- Complete all duties and responsibilities on schedule on a continuing basis. Be productive, follow through.
- Coordinate your activities with your fellow employees for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cooperate to the fullest extent possible with fellow employees and managers.
- Assist parts dept. with unloading of freight with “Forks attachment”
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- From time-to-time, you may also be given additional responsibilities or transferred to a position other than the one to which you are presently assigned.
**Core Competencies and Qualifications**:
- Previous Loader Operator experience
- Previous Front-End Loader training
- Valid Drivers License
- Good communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work both individually & as part of a team
**Job Type**: Part-time
Schedule:
- Overtime
- Weekends only
Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:
- equipment operator: 1 year (preferred)
