**What You’ll Do**
- Support Tier I and Tier II teams in resolving complex technical issues.
- Implement solutions and provide recommendations for escalated incidents.
- Perform upgrades and maintenance on servers, databases, and systems.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and configurations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor network performance and ensure reliability and uptime.
- Research and recommend new technologies and improvements.
- Visit the data center as needed for maintenance, upgrades, or troubleshooting.
- Occasionally, work outside regular business hours to support critical systems or respond to urgent issues.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Proxmox).
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 and Azure).
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL Server).
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, SQL).
- Understanding of system security and backup/recovery strategies.
