JOB SUMMARY
Lantic is currently recruiting for the position of Systems Administrator based at our head office in Montreal. The position reports to the Network Services Manager. The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing the best quality general support to internal users of the IT system. The incumbent uses patience and is available to help his/her colleagues when the need arises.

**AS A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR, YOU WILL**:

- Ensures the administration of the virtual environment and the services under its responsibility;
- Administers and manages scripts in Connectwise;
- Works with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and automation of systems and processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency and stability;
- Must be occasionally available outside normal business hours to perform certain scheduled operations;
- Develops and maintains documentation of installations and configurations;
- Develop tools related to network monitoring;
- Create and maintain automation scripts;
- Responsible for Active Directory management;
- Perform the updates and maintenance required to maintain the high availability of the services;
- Administers databases;
- Participates in the design and development of new services;
- Organizes his trips and handles the required equipment;
- Receives and ships equipment, ensures the conformity of the orders;
- May be called to provide technical support after hours.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE?
- A university degree in computer science or equivalent experience;
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience;
- Experience in continuous integration or automation tools such as Ansible;
- Very good knowledge of oral and written French and functional English;
- Very good knowledge of HyperV, Windows operating systems, Python, San, Cisco Switch, SQL, DNS, SNMP, SSL services and of IP networks and the Internet;
- Administration of Microsoft 365, Azure AD;
- Great autonomy and strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, solve problems.
