Technician can expect:

- **$19/hr start, $20/hr after training** is complete (typically 2 weeks)
- To earn up to **$35/hr with profit sharing, **there is no cap on how much you can earn via profit share, the better you do the more you earn
- Once graduated from training, post-3-month probation, you will become part of our Profit Sharing payout structure
- **Commission **on certain products
- **Bonus pay** for specific achievements
- **Extended health and dental benefits** after 90 days

- **4% Holiday Pay **(this is 4% of your total wage including profit share and bonus')
