**(We are looking for someone who has worked in an Alberta Cannabis store, has relevant industry knowledge of the brands and strains, and understands how a shop runs day to day, and is passionate about cannabis)**

**QCW and Sellsafe not required to apply, but is appreciated**

**We are looking to fill Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights 4-10pm with room to pick up other shifts throughout the week**

Spiritleaf - Sherwood Park is looking for a Cannabis Concierge to lead and inspire by taking a forward-thinking approach to the retail experience. You will drive sales and create an environment that is engaging, educational and inspiring to customers and team members.

CUSTOMER CONNECTION
- Supports environment of genuine customer connection
- Acts as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s experience

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Is knowledgeable of trends and supports brand messaging
- Gains understanding of how merchant skills impact business and the customer experience

- Supports new hires through mentorship
- Is self-aware and focused on self-development
- Collaborates with the team during morning and closing meeting

LEADERSHIP
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, strong assessment, and decision-making skills
- Provides insight to Spiritleaf Manager in relationship to the customer experience
- Participates in ongoing staff education and through sharing of product knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS

**- A strong passion for cannabis and guest experience.**
- **Proficient understanding of cannabinoids, terpenes, effects, and consumption methods.**

**- You must be a Qualified Cannabis Worker in addition to completing your provincial or territory training course (example Alberta’s SellSafe) and be able to provide a copy of the certificate**
- At least 1 years’ experience in a retail environment
- Proven success in offering an exceptional customer experience
- A desire to have fun, laugh and support the customer and team member journey along the way
- You must be at least the minimum required legal age in your province, and be able to pass a police background check

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
