We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our family and the addition of a Sales Supervisor to our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting our network of Route Sales drivers, supervisors, and customers by providing strong leadership, fostering new business development, and ensuring consistently excellent customer service. While the ideal location for this position is in Nova Scotia, we warmly welcome applicants from New Brunswick or PEI. Please note that regular travel within the Maritimes will be required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ride alongside drivers regularly to identify opportunities for efficiency and sales growth.
- Conduct Quarterly business reviews with drivers.
- Oversee store sales, merchandising, and stock rotation.
- Maintain route and vacation schedules.
- Fill in for New Brunswick Supervisor when required.
- Ensure accurate processing of reports and invoices.
- Provide unparalleled customer service.
- Collaborate with drivers to schedule and uphold truck maintenance.
- Uphold a safe work environment and adhere to DOT regulations.
- Occasionally drive box trucks over 18' in length when required.
- Create a culture of celebrating wins within your team.

**Qualifications**:

- Driver’s license, with minimum 3 years driving box-truck experience along with a clean driving abstract.
- Criminal Record Check.
- Direct-store sales or merchandising experience is preferred.
- Hard working and dedicated to customer service.
- Demonstrate a strong leadership skill, excellent work ethic, punctuality, and dedication to customer service.

- Maintain a neat and clean appearance.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
