**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agriculture Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the Versatile brand of tractors and tillage equipment to our Dealer Network. Your expertise in the industry will help you build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business.

You will be provided with a vehicle, laptop, cell phone and expense card. Expect to travel up to 75% of the time covering Alberta and B.C. This is a base of $84,000 per year plus commission pay structure.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the agricultural sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new dealer opportunities and trends within the agriculture equipment industry.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including visiting clients and attending trade shows.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage accounts, track sales activities, and analyze customer data for effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications and effectively communicate features to clients.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in account management and outside sales within the agricultural sector or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive business development initiatives.
- Technical sales skills to convey product benefits clearly and persuasively to clients.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage time effectively while handling multiple accounts.
