**Key Responsibilities**:
- Audit operational processes and compliance procedures to recommend process improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis and solution development in collaboration with Operations team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting to actively participate in business meetings.
- Develop leadership and management skills through partnership with operations management.
- Execute end-to-end processes through an operations function rotation.
**Competencies and skills**:
- Rising Senior pursing a degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- Solid analytical skills and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Outlook, Excel and Word.
