**THE OPPORTUNITY**

With growth comes opportunity. We have a unique opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join our corporate finance team in our Montreal headquarters as an Analyst, Finance & Treasury.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

In this critical role, you will perform activities related to cash management and debt facilities administration. In addition, you will create dashboards and other financial reports on a regular and ad hoc basis. You will handle day-to-day activities for both Canadian & US entities, as well as compliance with financial, legal, and statutory obligations.

**YOU WILL BE EVALUATED ON YOUR ABILITY TO**
- Create and distribute period reports for management.
- Develop dashboards and other means of recording and analyzing data.
- Prepare and coordinate daily financial cash flow overviews and support both short and long-term cash forecasts.
- Maintain & manage the corporate credit card program and ensure proper internal controls are in place
- Assist with the management of Letters of Credit.
- Collaborate with legal team to ensure all loan documentation is current and accurate.
- Assist in setting up banking accounts for any new requirements or acquisitions and maintain overall performance management drivers and KPIs.
- Ensure proper insurance claim reporting, accounting and cash collection follow-up is done in a timely manner.
- Perform the bank reconciliations on a timely basis for all bank accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field
- Related experience in a Finance or Treasury role, (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Strong reporting skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Taking ownership of your work with a commitment to excellence.
- Good collaboration and communication skills and a positive can-do attitude are essential.
