TOBEN is looking for a driven and experienced Marketing Manager who thrives in a

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Create cutting-edge, trendy, unique content for all social media platforms
- Plan, film and edit videos for Instagram reels, training tools and other potential
campaigns
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company’s website - both copy
and design
- Assemble monthly analytics showing a review of metrics, monetization, and
future recommendations of executed campaigns
- Develop and manage ad budgets including analysis and reporting
- Maintain a roster of banked inspirational content to reference back to for future
planning
- Support new partnerships and program launches as needed
- Identify areas for change and growth in the Marketing department
- Attend events to shoot content on an as-needed basis

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of Wordpress
- Experience with graphic design using Photoshop, Canva or another similar
platform
- An active personal user of social media platforms
- Strong work ethic, time management, and leadership qualities
- Organized and pays great attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight timelines when needed
- SEO and Google Ads experience are an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
