Sports Marketing Manager
to support the planning and execution of brand and partnership marketing initiatives across international markets. This contract role provides the opportunity to collaborate with world-class athletes, global partners, and cross-functional internal teams to drive measurable brand impact through high-visibility campaigns.

Job Overview

The
Sports Marketing Manager
will oversee the development and execution of integrated sports partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy while maximizing reach, engagement, and performance. The ideal candidate brings experience working with global brands, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage fast-moving, high-profile marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sports marketing campaigns in partnership with global brand teams, athletes, leagues, and external partners
  • Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with broader brand, partnership, and commercial objectives
  • Lead campaign development, creative review, and go-to-market execution across multiple international markets
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, social, PR, and creative to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
  • Analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen future campaigns

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience
    in brand marketing, partnership marketing, or sports marketing
  • Experience working with global brands
    and executing campaigns across multiple regions
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
    , with the ability to align diverse internal and external partners
  • Proven experience planning and executing integrated partnership or sponsorship campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective marketing strategies
