Under the guidance of the Senior Portfolio Manager and Marketing Vice President, the **Associate Portfolio Manager** champions the health, growth & vitality of assigned brands. He/she is responsible for implementing approved programs for their brand group. Included in this role will be forecasting, monitoring performance and controlling expenses within budgets. Learning and receiving mentorship of these concepts will be paramount at the onset of this role but there will be an expectation of independent ownership of assigned brands within a subsequent agreed upon timeframe.

**THE ROLE**
- Complete budgeting and brand planning; volumes, pricing, and marketing programming.
- Quarterly forecast by SKU, for review and approval by VP Marketing and input into Production Planning.
- Coordinate timely collateral and consumer programs via the Marketing Program Planning Meeting.
- Ensure brand websites are up to date and social media promotions are engaging and effective, within approved budgets.
- Monitor and recommend pricing movement vs competitors on a regular basis.
- Interface with the Sales Team at Meetings and Conferences to communicate brand programs and ensure brand focus by the sales team. Conduct monthly trade visits.
- Participate in the new recipe and product development processes.
- Coordinate seasonal and new product introductions via the appropriate planning forums.
- Meetings: MPPM and active participant in SMP and Semester Planning meetings.
- Collateral & POS: source and develop.
- Sponsorship & ATL advertising program management.
- Event management: Event coordination, logistics & execution, product orders, and attendance.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for the beverage alcohol industry.
- At least 2 years consumer products marketing coordination experience.
- Strong Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills. Experienced with social platforms & scheduling software.
- Knowledge of Later, Canva, Hootsuite, Adobe creative suite, WIX, Google business tools, including drive, sheets, and forms, is an asset.
- Able to represent brands to media, trade and consumers.

Pay: $58,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
