**The Role: Laboratory Technician**
We’re seeking an organized, detail-driven **Laboratory Technician** to join our Milling Team in Midland, Ontario. In this full-time role, you’ll work closely with the Quality & Food Safety Manager and plant operators to ensure accurate testing, reporting, and quality standards are upheld. You’ll play a key part in supporting product excellence across ADM’s supply chain.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct physical and analytical testing on raw materials and finished products
- Record and analyze data for wheat, flour milling, and shipping samples
- Maintain accurate and timely logs using appropriate computer software
- Collaborate with peers, plant staff, and lab teams to ensure seamless communication
- Assist in maintaining and improving quality programs and documentation
- Comply with all ADM internal and external quality and food safety procedures

*** What You Bring**
- Post-secondary education in food chemistry or a related field
- Minimum 4 months of QC lab experience, preferably in a food or milling environment
- Experience with AACC methods, HACCP, and food safety standards is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Familiarity with standardized industrial testing methods and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

**Additional Info**
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment medical and reference check
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must be comfortable working in accordance with EHS and local/provincial regulations
- Relocation support is **not available** for this position
- History of working safely and promoting a safety-first culture is strongly preferred
