**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that each guest has a memorable experience, making them want to return time and time again.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation, including tapioca and teas, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage supplies, communicating needs to management as necessary.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry or food service setting.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Experience operating POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 38 per week
