Bel-Air Toyota is looking for a FULL-TIME FINANCE AND INSURANCE MANAGER

**Position overview**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Guide the customers through the financing process and present financing options tailored to their needs.
- Work closely with the sales team members to ensure smooth transaction processing and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate customers’ credit profiles to determine financing eligibility and secure competitive interest rates.
- Sell warranty products such as, extended warranty, life insurance, rust protection, etc
- Ensure accurate completion of all financing and warranty products.
- Complete all licensing documents.
- Maintain compliance with all legal standards related to financial and insurance transactions.

**Requirements**:

- OMVIC license is required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Multilingual skills is an asset
- Previous experience in a finance and insurance manager role or similar role
- Strong understanding of automotive financing options, including leasing, loans, and extended warranties.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards related to automotive financing.
