Junior Marketing Associate Status: Regular, **Location**: Coquitlam, British Columbia **Job Description**: REPORTING TO: Corporate Marketing Manager KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (40%) Manage an organized monthly content calendar that aligns with our strategy and business objectives across all 7 Brands within NCSI; (40%) Create engaging and educational content from ideation to execution. This includes all the creative from: concept > video > story > copy > graphic content; (20%) Analyze performance statistics and make recommendations to refine content strategies and provide a monthly report with performance indicators and suggestions **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Design, create and manage the company’s social media presence, promotion and ad campaigns under the guidance of the Corporate Marketing Manager; - Ensure that all the contact information on social media channels is accurate and accessible; - Create graphics that correspond with the posts that will be shared on our social media channels; - Compile analytics from all social media channels that will then be used to compare current trends with earlier time periods to indicate growth; - Create relevant and timely content to share (ex. Seasonal campaigns, holidays, promotions etc.); - Monitor sites for popular trends, industry news, and other relevant events and activities; - Constantly evaluate our current practices to keep our social strategy fresh; - Manage social media assets in an organized manner; - Design storyboards for short videos and static posts based on established KPIs; - Regularly analyze performance statistics and make recommendations to refine content strategies; - Provide a monthly report with performance indicators and suggestions; - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, and provide insights to the marketing team on how to stay ahead of the competition; - Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects and initiatives; - Write compelling copy for social media posts and tailor content, music, and hashtags for each platform; - Maintain an organized system for company assets and team assets; - Enhance engagement and followers through proactive interaction with the social media community; - Monitor social accounts daily and report any issues to the Corporate Marketing Manager; - Produce marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media; **REQUIREMENTS**: - University Degree in Marketing; - French English Bilingual preferred. - Minimum 2 years experience creating social media content and growing a business/professional account; - Experience coordinating / managing integrated marketing or creative campaigns; - Demonstrated technical expertise in content, web, and social platforms (eg.
