Job description

- Greet customers and provide the information and education they require to ensue they have a positive experience that will emphasize brand awareness and provide quality customer care
- Demonstrate in depth knowledge of cannabis and the accessories we sell
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and high energy to meet team goals and sales targets
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, assessment and decision-making skills
- Comply with all company and government mandated policies & procedures and legislation
- Participate in and comply with all training requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of our customers
- Operate the POS terminal and demonstrate aptitude for cashier related duties
- Assist in the all daily operations of the store in a team-oriented approach, which includes opening and closing, general house keeping etc
- Be accountable for the safety and security for products, customers and co-workers while on shift, including Covid-19 safety procedures
- Age gating customers prior to entering the retail store
- Must be willing to work all shifts, including weekends
- Must complete CannSell Standard prior to first shift
- Must provide a recent Criminal Record Check

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-35 per week

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
