- Manage accounts by understanding client needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote our products and services.
- Provide feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
