**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to facilitate project understanding.
- Collaborate with architects, and general contractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Submit and follow up on shop drawings and submitted bids.
- Prepare estimates based on needs and company profitability.
- Assist with several projects at one time.
- Meet deadlines.

**Skills**
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Microsoft, Excel and QuickBooks software.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members at all levels.
- Experience in building relationships with clients, general contractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to problem solve

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
