**Project Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
KPC Power Electrical Ltd. is looking for an organized, flexible team player, with a willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to our growing business. The Project Coordinator will provide vital support to the Project Management Team within the Industrial Construction division.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ project coordination experience preferred
- Completion of related post-secondary education (or equivalent experience) in

Construction Project Management is an asset
- Familiarity with or experience working with commercial electrical projects, utilities, and/or construction is a definite asset
- Highly proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook, experience with

QuickBooks and MS Project would be beneficial
- Previous experience preparing invoices, monthly billings, and purchase orders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organization skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated team player, with the ability to multi-task

**The Role**:

- Support the Project Management Team in the coordination of the reporting and tracking of documents
- Documentation and tracking project progress which includes calculating charges, generating invoices and statements for billing purposes
- Maintain constant communication with project teams and ensure needs and requests are met responsively
- Regular communication (written and verbal) with vendors, customers and subcontractors
- Assist with the regular tracking of field staff hours to ensure payroll deadlines
- Work with Health & Safety Coordinator to update health and safety training and records
- Assist with RFIs, RFQs, tender quotations, and other submittals and follow-ups
- Perform general office administration duties as required

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
