**What you will be doing**:
- Oversees Quality Assurance Review (QAR) program including determining stores selected for review each year, scheduling reviews, assigning coaches and monitoring the overall process.
- Responsible for training of coaches as well as updating the QAR questions to capture updates / changes to procedures.
- Reviews store histories and analytics based upon available information in preparation for conducting store Quality Assurance Reviews (i.e., Finance - banking, accounts payable, account receivable, and inventory control) as prepared by the Quality Assurance coaches.
- Reviews and approves Action Plans created by the QAR coaches before distribution to the District Leaders and Store Management to mitigate non-compliant items. Monitor and escalate the follow-up on Quality Assurance Review Action Plan with District Leader’s that have not occurred within 30 days of the original review date.
- Identifies and reports on issues and concerns from the field to applicable business partners in order to initiate solutions (i.e., Receiving errors, Outstanding STSs not finalized, RTVs incomplete, store standards issues impeding an adequate prep, etc.)
- Prepares summaries of QAR findings and reports on key trends, identifies process/execution gaps, and provides recommendations to reduce inventory shrink and financial risks.
- Assist Asset Protection Managers (AMPs) as per request on incidences, investigations, and high shrink reviews.
- Support Pharmacy Services by conducting pharmacy reviews for stores that have been audited and provide guidance on how to mitigate future issues.
**How you will succeed**:
- College Diploma in Business or Accounting preferred.
- 5-7 years related experience.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction.
- Ability to lead a small team or group.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of audit procedures, internal controls and accounting standards.
