Marketing Manager

ClearDent is looking for a Marketing Manage to help manages the different stages of the marketing efforts from product packaging, to promotional campaign strategy, pricing strategy, and distribution channels.

As part of the management team, the Marketing Manager is accountable for building a high-performing Marketing team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for hiring, motivating, providing ongoing coaching, and support to the team.

**The Role**

Marketing Strategy
- Collaborate with development and product teams to Identify competitors and potential markets.
- Work with different departments to develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Develop marketing programs and ensure the marketing plans are executed as designed.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies attending to ClearDent’s goals and customer satisfaction.
- Direct marketing campaigns and set the strategy to promote ClearDent’s products.
- Manage distribution channels to maximize exposure of ClearDent’s products.
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors as required.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
- Provide reports to the VP of BD on sales volume, customer experience, market trends, and requirements.
- Managing the Marketing department budget.
- Other duties as assigned by the VP of BD.

Team Management
- Build, grow, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, delivering performance reviews, and rewarding the right behaviour.
- Establish standard performance metrics, best practices, knowledge-based content, and methodologies for the Marketing team.
- Oversee the hiring, orientation, and training of Marketing staff.

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Marketing management role, preferably in software
- Demonstrated success with solving problems
- Demonstrated experience and expertise with current digital marketing and demand generation strategies
- Comfortable with technology, strong computer skills
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Experience in building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Post-Secondary diploma or higher preferred

Work Environment
- Working outside of regular business hours may be required
- Some travels are required
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for business-related travel.
