**Overview**:
Rose Church is seeking a passionate, people-loving individual to serve as our Guest Experience Coordinator for the summer through the Canada Summer Jobs program. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow as a servant leader while learning how to create environments where people feel seen, welcomed, and valued.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating Guest Experience operations
- Support and communicate with Hospitality, Greeter, an Usher and First Impressions Teams
- Help onboard and encourage Servant Leaders, learning to lead with humility and care
- Work with the Guest Experience Lead to create meaningful follow-up systems for new guests
- Prepare materials and spaces to ensure our guests are warmly welcomed each week
- Help brainstorm creative and engaging ways to make Sundays special
- Participate in leadership development opportunities and receive mentorship throughout the summer

**Qualifications**:

- Enjoys working with people and creating welcoming environments
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Takes initiative and enjoys both planning and hands-on tasks
- Eager to learn and grow in leadership and teamwork
- Flexible and willing to serve wherever needed
- Must be between the ages of 15-30 (per CSJ requirements)
- Must have access to a laptop
- Must have a current Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check completed (or be willing to obtain them before starting)

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $15.80 per hour

Work Location: In person
