Job Summary

As a Commercial Territory Manager (Sales Representative), you will be responsible for selling NetApp solutions into a set of named commercial accounts. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive a pipeline of sales opportunities within your accounts from prospect to close. You will be required to build and execute a territory plan with a primary focus on new account acquisition, in addition to supporting existing NetApp customers. You will be leading the sales cycle and customer interaction, while working in a team with another CTM and Channel Partners to sell into the assigned territory. This is a field sales role and will require some travel to customer and reseller sites.

This role is to be located in the Greater Montreal Area. French/English bilingual is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

New account prospecting and pipeline generation
Own and nurture both end-user client and partner relationships. Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with key Channel Partners within an assigned territory to expand sales revenues
Prepare professional proposals targeted to the key decision-makers, that clearly communicate solution and value proposition to the customers' business problem, initiating orders and pursuing new business with energy and drive
Engage the necessary resources from across the organization to ensure customer success
Build territory strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities within assigned account set, working collaboratively with area team.
Understand customer technology footprint, business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape
Accurately forecasting revenue on a weekly and quarterly basis
Nurture partner relationships to improve communication, collaboration, and accountability within opportunities, coordinating with additional support resources as needed
Job Requirements

Working knowledge of the storage and cloud infrastructure landscape
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, presentation skills, customer service, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the Channel Sales landscape
Broad exposure to a variety of storage and cloud technologies/concepts
Highly organized with the ability to work collaboratively in a team with colleagues across functions
Experience selling IT solutions into commercial or enterprise accounts
Education

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience
