**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist in the creation of summaries and recommendations for new national strategic placement opportunities, used to brief in head office underwriting and pricing teams for full review
- Document standard operating procedures for new and existing accounts
- Build presentation skills, preparing business updates on National Strategic Placements operations
- Foster relationships across the enterprise and work cross functionally with teams, including corporate underwriting, pricing, regional mid-market, small business, specialty, sales & distribution, claims, finance, legal, marketing, and personal insurance
- Establish cooperative broker partnerships to identify future opportunities

**What you bring**:

- Excellent ability to multi-task and monitor progress to meet deadlines
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and under pressure
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather information, analyze and solve through complexities
- Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Policy Administration Systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
