**General Description**:

Our PMO handles 85% of the company’s workload and requires a great deal of help to manage the diverse client base. This position will require exceptional organizational skills and a fine attention to detail is also a must. Project coordinators will be trained on all aspects of project management and are encouraged to pursue project management after honing their coordinating abilities.

**Responsibility**

Request for locates, update locate tracker, inform stakeholders once locate receive, make site meet arrangements with locators and escalate locates if required.

Compiling as-built information from field Prep field techs

Timesheets Capturing revenue for work completed by sub

Request Material and issue po for supplier

Complete project tracking and preparing information for invoicing

Tackle Day to Day civil operations task.

**General Practices**:

- Submit accurate, thorough, and complete final project documentation packages in a timely fashion
- Pay close attention to detail and show pride in your daily work
- Be able to time manage efficiently and ensure that deadlines are met to satisfy customer demands

**Performance Excellence**:

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill process gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Be able to work with diligence; ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all necessary documentation while exceeding turn-around deadlines. (final technical package)
- Improve existing practices with new ideas and better methods

**Health & Safety**:
Workers in this position will be accountable to work safely abiding by the rules of the company and Labour Canada standards and must:

- Understand and practice defensive driving methods while using company vehicles.
- Wear CSA approved Personal Protective Equipment including safety boots, hard hat, safety vest, fall arrest belt or harness, safety goggles, ear protection and gloves as the particular job dictates.
- Attend and participate in all required safety training programs.
- Identify all unsafe working conditions, potential hazards and not proceed with work if it endangers the technician, other workers, customers and/or the general public.
- Participate in all Health & Safety efforts.
