Department: Client Interaction Centre

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support outbound and inbound phone calls for Mercedes-Benz Vancouver.
- Book sales appointments to maximize each sale’s department availability to sell.
- Follow up on sales leads ensuring customers are satisfied with their visit.
- Provide customers a positive experience through excellent service.
- Successfully achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPI goals established by the General Manager.
- Maintain knowledge of all sales product offerings.
- Working with CRM Systems and updating the customer database.
- Capture and update customer contact information as per establish guidelines.
- Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report and forward any escalations/accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to support customer demands.
- Other duties assigned by General Manager.
