**ABOUT US** Equity Associates Inc.

**POSITION**: Junior Operational Support & System Administrator

**LOCATION**:Richmond Hill

**STATUS**: Full-time

**JOB OVERVIEW**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Import fundserv files (and other files as needed) into viefund back-office system
- Process dividends and other transactions as needed
- Produce client trade confirmations & quarterly client statements
- Conduct viefund daily reconciliation as needed
- Account maintenance (merging plans, etc.) as needed
- Assist with order entry issues, rejected trades, and other service issues
- Assist with client account daily reconciliation
- Other tasks as assigned

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**
- 2 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry considered an asset
- 2 years’ strong knowledge/experience with financial services back-office processing
- Experience in a Mutual Fund Dealer operations environment that includes nominee accounts
- Experience with FundSERV, client CRMs(such as viefund)
- A strong Information Technology (IT) background
- Knowledge of financial products including GICs, ETFs, Mutual Funds
- Knowledge of back-office processes including both client name & nominee accounts
- Experience using spreadsheets and conducting reconciliations
- Superior time management skills including prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot day-to-day issues, providing effective solutions

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
