Assurer le soutien de l’exploitation et de la gestion de la succursale ou du centre d’appels en tout ce qui a trait aux méthodes commerciales et de bureau, notamment la liaison avec les clients internes et externes, les fournisseurs et les employés. Coordonner tous les aspects administratifs de la succursale ou du centre d’appels et seconder directement la haute direction dans l’atteinte des objectifs départementaux.
CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES
Diplôme d’études secondaire ou l’équivalent avec préférence pour les cours de secrétariat ou le cours commercial.
Deux (2) ans d’expérience du contact avec la clientèle, dont un (1) an dans un poste secrétarial ou administratif.
Maîtrise standard de MS Excel, Word. PowerPoint souhaitable.
Bonnes aptitudes à la communication (écrite/orale) et à l’organisation.
CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES
