**Job Summary**
This position handles everyday service issues within an operation. They work with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure customer satisfaction is met. They facilitate the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspects and reports on manufacturing quality.
- Inspects incoming materials, packaging and labeling components, work-in-process and final products using basic inspection gauging.
- Initiates rejection reports for non-conforming materials.
- Ensures proper completion of required documentation in accordance with departmental, GMP, and ISO requirements.
- Performs activities in Quality Control department such as incoming, CQA and final product inspections.
- Drives process changes, reports on quality metrics and ensures proactive measures are taken to achieve quality goals.
- Documents quality issues and performance measures for management review.
- Documents corrective actions and tracks subsequent follow-up activities.
- Prepares and presents quality status and performance improvements.
- Initiates rejection reports for non-conforming materials.
- Identifies and champions resolution of quality issues.
- Picking of orders on MHE

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Demonstrated strong math skills without a calculator
- Minimum of two years’ experience with inspecting mechanical parts and assemblies
- Experience operating MHE
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Hours: 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM (Sundays to Thursdays)
