**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking a full-time, experienced **Parts Supervisor** with a background in heavy truck and trailer parts. This role requires an organized, computer-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work both independently and collaboratively.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support drivers with non-mechanical concerns.
- Receiving parts delivery and organizing them in the storage area accordingly.
- Process work orders, ensuring accurate allocation of parts and labour.
- Generate Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) spreadsheets and distribute them to the appropriate staff.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory levels.
- Organize and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory layout.
- Adhere to all company and government safety regulations and policies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Valid G-class driver’s license
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with shop maintenance systems
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience in fleet maintenance
- Experience with heavy truck and trailer parts (Freightliner experience is an asset)
