**Position**:Lead Padel Court Installer

**Terms of Employment**:Permanent / Full Time

**Location**: Toronto, Ontario

**Hours of Work**:40 hours per week

**Salary**: $ 38.46/hour

**Duties**:

- Lead a team of padel court installers to ensure the timely and accurate installation of padel courts.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to schedule installations and resolve any
issues that may arise.
- Oversee the quality of padel court installations to ensure that they meet BPC
high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and submit regular reports to
management.
- Stay up-to-date with new installation techniques and technologies to ensure that
BPC is offering the best possible service to its clients.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of experience in padel court installation.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed.

**Salary**: $38.46 per hour
