**About the Opportunity**

LCU Insurance is looking for an administrative professional who is passionate about customer service and wants to launch their career in the insurance industry to join our team. The Drivers License Agent is responsible for:

- Processing ICBC drivers licensing transactions
- Performing various administrative duties relating to both driver licensing
- Staying up to date will all ICBC drivers licensing procedures and regulations
- Proactively referring clients within the Credit Union
- Dedication to providing and demonstrating exceptional customer service
- A professional and upbeat attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience effectively managing client concerns or complaints
- Ability to build positive working relationships with others
- Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Previous office or administrative experience is strongly preferred

**Salary Range**

$24.94-$26.68 per hour
