Dispatch Supervisor

Danfoss Couriers & Freight is a locally owned delivery and trucking company. We deliver packages for some of the world's largest ecommerce, logistics and distribution companies. We are currently hiring a full time **Nanaimo Dispatch Supervisor**.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Monitor up to 120 drivers on road
- Comply with company procedures, policies, attendance requirements, and safety standards
- **Ability to function calmly and efficiently in high-pressure, multi-tasking environment**:

- Coach Improve drivers performance metrics

**Your Qualifications**:

- A positive can do attitude
- Strong computer skills
- Valid BC drivers license
- Able to speak and read English
- Troubleshoot vehicle issues and tackle minor repairs
- Must be flexible with work schedules, including weekends and evenings
- Must successfully pass driving records check and criminal background check

**Work Schedule**:

- Full time
- Typical work schedule is **8 hours per day**:

- 3 pm to 11:30 pm
- Must be open to work any day of the week if needed

**Salary and benefits**:

- $27.50 to $29.50 per hour to start
