IT Business Analyst

You'll work closely with the firm's various stakeholders, your team members and other areas of IT (development, business intelligence, infrastructure and Help Desk).

Identify, define, analyze and document internal client business needs for various digital tools.
Analyze and take charge of comparative analyses of technological tools or software.
Make recommendations based on facts or analyses to improve the user experience.
Ensure that standard practices and procedures are applied when analyzing, documenting and configuring solutions.
Establish and perform unit and acceptance tests, coordinate their execution with super users and get their feedback before and after rollout.
Prepare training material and help with training activities for super users, where required.
Participate in developing and implementing informational governance.
Analyze and configure electronic document management (EDM) tools based on required changes.

Summary of certifications and job requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT Management or any other relevant field
IT Experience
Ability to create clear and concise documentation and keep it updated
Proficient with MS 365
Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps and Agile development methods
Knowledge of analysis methodologies
**Asset**: bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
