Our installations span interior and exterior environments including banks, hospitals, hotels, recreation centres, university campuses, and public parks. Each project represents our brand, and we strive to leave behind work that’s as thoughtful as it is durable.

This role requires more than just getting signs on walls. It requires:

- **An eye for detail** - clean lines, level installs, sharp finishing, and care for the surrounding environment.
- **Professional presentation** - we’re aiming for _White Glove Service_, meaning how you carry yourself and communicate with clients matters just as much as the work you do.
- **Creative problem-solving** - we often face unexpected field conditions. You’ll need to think on your feet, adapt, and find clean solutions without compromising quality.
- **Accountability** - we don’t expect perfection, but we do expect ownership. If something goes wrong, we own it, fix it, and learn from it.

**Bonus if you have**:

- A background in finishing carpentry or custom millwork
- Experience with high-end interiors or exteriors
- A clean, organized toolbox (we notice these things)
- A photo portfolio of past installations that show finishing quality

**Responsibilities**
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to meet project specifications.
- Install signage with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations throughout all phases of work.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
