Overview:
**Duties**:

- **Installation of Fixtures**: Install various fixtures such as cabinets, shelving, and trim work, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
- **Fabrication**: Fabricate and repair wooden structures and furniture, tailoring each piece to meet the dimensions and style required by the project.
- **Reading and Interpreting Blueprints**: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to understand and execute design intents accurately.
- **Measuring and Cutting**: Measure, mark, and cut materials with accuracy to ensure pieces fit together correctly without gaps or overlaps.
- **Tool Maintenance**: Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and available for use when needed.
- **Collaboration with Other Trades**: Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and plumbers, to coordinate installations and ensure the structural integrity of the woodwork.
- **Custom Design Execution**: Execute custom designs as per client or designer specifications, adapting techniques and materials to meet unique project requirements.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients to discuss project details, provide updates, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Qualifications:

- **Proven Experience as a Finish Carpenter**: Minimum 5 years experience with finish carpentry, detailing expertise in cabinetry, trim work, or other related fields.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with carpentry tools and equipment. Knowledge of woodworking techniques and an understanding of different wood types and materials.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to produce high-quality work that aligns with client specifications and quality standards.
- **Blueprint and Drawing Literacy**: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully understand project requirements.
- **Mathematical Proficiency**: Strong skills in measuring and calculating dimensions, which are crucial in achieving accurate and precise cuts and fits.
- **Physical Stamina and Strength**: Capability to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods. This includes bending, lifting, and maneuvering within tight spaces.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Aptitude for identifying issues and generating effective solutions, particularly in custom carpentry projects.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, team members, and supervisors.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our company.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
