**About the role**

This individual will oversee a high-performing team and leverage cutting-edge tools to convert top funnel leads into free trialists, free trialists into paying customers, and paying customers into cross-sales and ultimately brand advocates. If you are a customer-centric marketer with a proven ability to optimize the buyer’s journey, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Nurturing Strategy: Own the overall strategy for nurturing leads at every stage of the funnel:
- Develop and implement campaigns to nurture top-funnel leads with engaging content that drives demo requests or trial starts.
- Build nurture programs for non-converting trial starts and demo requests to engage them until they are ready to speak with sales or convert on their own.
- Create customer onboarding strategies to ensure successful adoption and promote cross-sell opportunities once onboarding is complete.
- BDR Relationship Management: Closely collaborate with a team of business development representatives, ensuring proper follow-up processes and pipeline-building activities.
- Sales Partnership: Work closely with the sales team to ensure the team is set up for successful lead follow up by ensuring our Salesloft cadences are performing against key benchmarks.
- AI-Powered Outreach: Leverage our AI BDR platform to scale meeting bookings and improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with RevOps to improve database segmentation for the best possible targeting and implement effective lead scoring models that optimize lead prioritization and pipeline conversion.
- Customer Advocacy Campaigns: Launch product review campaigns targeting happy customers to generate reviews and drive demand for Tempo’s solutions.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team while managing multiple agency relationships.
- Lifecycle Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of buyer and customer journeys, with a track record of developing impactful nurture campaigns.
- Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset with experience using metrics, KPIs, and A/B testing to measure and optimize campaign success.
- Tooling Expertise: Experience in SalesLoft, Braze, Appcues, and Salesforce.
- Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with RevOps, sales teams, and external vendors.
- AI Experience: A history of leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and drive results at scale.

Preferred Experience:

- 7-10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or a related field.
- Experience managing high-performing teams, agencies, and advanced marketing platforms.
- Previous work experience in B2B SaaS organizations, supporting both a product led growth and direct sales Go-to-Market motion.
