Receptionist

Greet visitors, customers, and employees.
- Attending phone calls and redirecting calls to the person concerned
- Arrange meeting of the visitors with respective staff member.
- Responsible to receive mails and ensuring accurate distribution of the same.
- Take Night Lines OFF/ON for End/ start of day.
- Answer Phones/Page the appropriate contact
- Check VM -Distribute/Forward Messages accordingly
- Match Visa receipts/Forward disputes with back up/ Friday settlement report/Month End settlement report
- Mail -stamp and forward to appropriate personal
- (Estimating/Bid to Dominic, P.O forward to staff/Invoices to payables)
- Create and organize files.
- Payables Match Packing Slip with Invoices
- Receivable Invoices to be matched and sent out for mail /control copies to be filed.
- Office Equipment to overlook
- Keep Machine Toner/paper/Drawings organize and distribute.
- Photo Copiers/Printer
- Reception Visa Machine
- Office Supplies follow up and make a list for order.
- Duties as assigned by the Manager
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
