As the **administration** hub of our business, this position will require a **pro-active and organized approach** to keeping documentation and a variety of logistics for staff and our tenants in order. Additionally, as the leader of marketing and promotions, you are responsible for ensuring that our online and in-person property presence is always current, consistent, and professional. Being organized and detail-oriented to effectively manage regular deadlines and the array of needs as they pop up without missing a beat will be essential. Providing effective communication and taking ownership to complete work at the highest level, while thinking about the bigger picture and how it affects other areas and team members would be critical. This role will work closely with 3 leads in the areas of marketing, property management, and finance.

- **Here’s Some of What You’ll Be Doing**:_
- Be the first contact within the company and ensure all inquiries are assisted in a professional manner
- Staying current and knowing what is happening around the business/buildings to be able to answer questions by working closely with Operations and other staff members, where required
- Facilitating the efficient flow and timely distribution of office mail and managing office supplies
- Promoting our brand to build a sense of community in our buildings and our community at large through tenant contests, social media postings, e-letters, and the like.
- Reviewing and auditing all websites and maintaining and updating with fresh contents on a regular basis
- Ensuring all vacant residential and commercial units are rented in a timely matter by garnering enough interest through advertising
- Running errands and out-of-office tasks for head office and buildings, including banking and the pickup and drop off cheques and documents and others as required.
- Providing general administration and property management, and office support
- Supporting staff with IT help and outsourcing when required and ensuring maintenance and smooth running of all office equipment

- Professional communication and customer service skills that win the willing commitment of others while fostering positive relationships with them
- Fluency in the use of common business technology software Microsoft (word, excel), Dropbox
