We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. **Smart Serve Certification**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system, including Micros POS, and process payments efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations during checkout.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing attentive service, responding to guest needs, and enhancing their overall experience.
**Skills**
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using POS systems, specifically Micros POS, for order entry and payment processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
